The latest Michelin star restaurant we have been working with has a unique approach to the idea of 'pop-up' restaurants. Unfolding over the course of a year, Enigma will bring to you evolutionary culinary tales of mystery and delight, each lasting just for a limited time.
The first guest to start the Enigma journey is Part-chef, part-botanist, Qui Qui Dacosta, who is an undeniable leader of avant-garde cuisine in Spain. Chef and owner of the eponymous 3 Michelin star Spanish restaurant in Dénia, Alicante, Dacosta is famed for skilfully crafting gastronomic masterpieces that change perceptions. The radical chef manipulates style and substance in harmony to create techno-emotional dishes and multi-sensory experiences.
Studio William is working closely in partnership, with Engima, and has supplied the restaurant with our award winning Karri Range, as well as some of our more unique Creative Dining Pieces
