Adam’s – Birmingham

Opened in 2013, Adam’s (owned by Adam Stokes) is a contemporary British fine dining restaurant with an elegant art deco/retro style. They seamlessly combine the traditional with modernity and offer an A La Carte Menu, multiple tasting menus, and a chefs table.

Artichoke – Buckinghamshire

Owned by Chef Patron Laurie Gear and wife Jacqueline, Artichoke was opened in 2002 and strives to offer the ‘very best neighbourhood dining experience’. They offer inventive, refined modern European cuisine which changes with the seasons and is sourced locally.

Beach House – Swansea

1 Michelin Star

Opened in 2016 by head chef Hywel Griffith, Beach House sits on the shore of Oxwich beach. Using local Welsh ingredients and sophisticated, classical cooking, they have won numerous awards.

Gravetye Manor, a quintessential country house, was once home to pioneering gardener William Robinson. Inspired by the seasonal ingredients grown on site, Chef George Blogg creates carefully executed dishes to please both the eyes and the taste buds.

Lympstone Manor is a restored Grade II listed Georgian house within peaceful grounds. Local chef Michael Caines creates well-balanced and sophisticated dishes, elevating classical dishes.

A beautifully restored 16th Century house, with a Scandic-style dining room, Moor Hall is an excellent backdrop for head chef Mark Birchall to showcase brilliant combinations and understanding of flavour.

2 Michelin Star

With a garden, greenhouse, their own bees, and locally sourced produce, Sat Bains has a commitment to sustainability which informs his cooking alongside the seasons.
