Question 1

What is the difference between mirror and satin finish cutlery?

Accepted Answer

Mirror finish cutlery is highly polished and reflective. At Studio William, our cutlery passes through approximately 45 different polishing processes to achieve this finish. Satin cutlery is finely brushed, making it softer to the touch and less reflective. Both finishes are carefully quality controlled for consistency.

Question 2

How does the Studio William sample service work?

Accepted Answer

The Studio William sample service lets you order up to three cutlery sets at a discounted rate to try before purchasing. Once you have chosen your preferred collection, you return the other samples using our free returns service. A full refund is given on all returned sample sets. This service is offered to help customers make the most informed decision possible.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Question 4

Is Studio William cutlery dishwasher safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Studio William stainless steel cutlery is dishwasher safe. To maintain the finish, we recommend removing cutlery promptly after the cycle and drying thoroughly. Silverplate and goldplate collections benefit from hand washing to preserve the finish over time.
