Originally carved from Balsa wood, our Balsa cutlery range was sculpted much like the process used for modelling wooden aeroplanes. The knife at the centre of this range had long, flat slices cut away from the knife model during the design process, creating a truly unique look. Made in high quality 18/10 stainless steel, our Balsa cutlery is available in a polished mirror finish only. Balsa has a 4.0mm gauge.
