The Mulberry Mirror Taster Menu Spoon has a very shallow bowl, specially designed with a bevel on the underside of the bowl. This allows the diner to pick up every drop of jus, foam, or sauce from the plate. The bowl size is slightly smaller than a conventional dessert spoon which makes using it that little bit more refined.
