The Olive Mirror Taster Menu Spoon has a very shallow bowl. This was specially designed with a bevel on the underside allowing the diner to pick up every drop. The bowl size is smaller than conventional dessert spoons, making it that little bit more refined.
Inspired by the sculpted shaping of ancient Olive trees, our Olive cutlery is one of the first Studio William designs, being launched in 2006. The range features carefully refined asymmetric lines which challenge the appearance of traditional cutlery when placed on the table. The knife handles have a gorgeous curve on the back of the handle, to fit into the palm of the hand, and feature a characteristic curved blade. The forks and spoons have a lovely kick-up at the bottom of each handle for comfort in the hand, while the spoon bowls are gently off-centre, adding to the natural feeling of the range. Used across the world in fine dining and Michelin star restaurants, Olive is perfect for contemporary homes and dining rooms.
Made in high quality 18/10 stainless steel, our Olive cutlery is available in polished mirror or brushed satin finishes. Olive has a 4.5 mm gauge.
